    4.3 Documentation of Usage

    We track and document all user interactions with our software, including activation, usage time, and other relevant metrics. This data may be used to dispute any chargeback claims. By purchasing a license, you consent to this tracking and agree that this data serves as evidence of product usage.

    4.4 Account Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Website, including any associated software or services, in the event of a violation of this Agreement or any illegal or unauthorized use of the Website.

    5. Unauthorized Reselling and Reseller Registration

    5.1 Unauthorized Resellers

    Unauthorized reselling of our software is strictly prohibited. If we identify that a reseller is distributing our software without proper authorization, we reserve the right to immediately terminate access to our software and revoke all associated license keys. This action may also affect the customers of the unauthorized reseller, who will lose access to the software without notice or compensation.

    You can’t resell our software unless we say it’s okay. If you do, we’ll block your access, and the people you sold it to may lose access too. If you want to resell, talk to us first.

     

    5.2 Reseller Registration

    All potential resellers must make themselves known to Labcorehub.com and obtain explicit authorization before engaging with other sources or distributing our software. Resellers must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Failure to register and obtain approval may result in the termination of all related accounts and access to our services.

    6. VPNs, Proxies, and Anonymous Purchasing

    The use of VPNs, proxies, or any other methods to purchase anonymously is strictly prohibited. Such activities are often associated with fraudulent transactions, which hinder our ability to conduct thorough investigations and protect our users. Accounts found using these methods may be suspended or terminated immediately.

    Explanation:
    We don’t allow anonymous purchases because they’re often linked to fraud. If you try, we can block your account without warning.

     

    7. Installation Instructions and Game Bans

    It is essential to follow installation instructions meticulously to ensure the proper functioning of our software. Failure to follow these instructions correctly may result in game bans or other adverse consequences. We disclaim any responsibility for consequences arising from the improper installation of our software. This also means we are not liable for any banned game accounts; this is your responsibility.

    9. Disclaimer of Warranties

    10.3 Non-Full Access (NFA) Accounts

    When purchasing a Non-Full Access (NFA) account from our website, the same rules apply as for FA accounts. NFA accounts may be reclaimed by the original owner at any time, and by agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you accept this risk. No refunds will be provided for any issues related to NFA accounts.
